With the theme of "Phosphorus and Lithium Collaboration, Compacting the Future", this summit brings together upstream and downstream enterprises and industry experts in the entire lithium battery industry chain to conduct in-depth discussions on core topics such as high-pressure solid lithium iron phosphate technology iteration, supply chain optimization, and production cost control. High-purity nitrogen is the basic guarantee for core processes such as lithium iron phosphate sintering, powder transportation, and battery packaging. The gas supply model directly determines the energy consumption and operating costs of lithium battery plants. Minister Li of the company's Business Development Department delivered a keynote speech on "Reducing Costs and Increasing Efficiency of Nitrogen Gas Supply for the Lithium Battery Industry", which directly targeted the pain points of industries such as traditional centralized gas supply, high energy consumption in bottled nitrogen procurement, cumbersome operation and maintenance, and rigid scheduling, and systematically promoted on-site integrated solutions for nitrogen production, distributed gas supply, and intelligent digital operation and maintenance.
From the multi-dimensional aspects of equipment selection, energy consumption optimization, remote management and control, and flexible peak shaving, the speech exported the implementation path of a customized gas supply system suitable for large-scale lithium iron phosphate production lines. Detailed project cases and energy consumption comparison data triggered a lively discussion throughout the audience. Many cathode material and lithium battery manufacturing companies exchanged and consulted on site, and recognized that utility gas supply is a potential cost-reduction track in the large-scale mass production stage of lithium batteries.
